MOSCOW, Mar 14 (PRIME) – Product deliveries of Taiwanese computer maker Asus to Russia have almost stopped because of disruptions in logistics and payment systems following the situation in Ukraine, the company said on Monday in a statement.
“Asus has always respected the international regulations, while the current situation entails serious problems in the whole chain of supply, logistics, and banking services and resulted in a virtual halt of supplies to the Russian market,” the company said.
The Taiwanese Central News Agency reported earlier quoting Economic Affairs Minister Wang Mei-hua that Asus may consider evacuating its staff and business from Russia.
